Where to Dine if You're Trying to Be Healthy in Miami

Order these dishes when staying fit but still want a social life

You’re not drinking in January (at least until The Hungry Post’s Blurry Brunch) but you’re friends are. You’re keeping it on the DL because guess what… 2020 YOU doesn’t have to explain yourself to anyone. The only thing is that you’re friends are pushy and it’s just easier to whisper, “vodka soda with lime…hold the vodka,” to your waitress/waiter.

Not drinking your calories doesn’t mean you’re stuffing your face with everything in sight. You’re also watching what you eat and simultaneously want to be social and go out for dinner. If you stay home and cook every meal, you might drive yourself insane. So when the weekend comes around, suggest these restaurants to your friends and eat these dishes, because we know you’re trying to stay healthy and fit. But after all,  you got to live a little
